These brief modules provide content to support your agency in implementing a program to successfully transition individuals from institutional living to community living. This training contains 4 modules and is estimated to take 1.75 hours to complete.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Module 1 &#8211; Introduction to Money Follows the Person<\/li>\n<li>Module 2 &#8211; Implementation of CAT<\/li>\n<li>Module 3 &#8211; Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Module 4 &#8211; Relocation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the modules, you will earn a certificate of completion. This training provides 1.75 Continuing Education Credits for the following licenses: Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Chemical Dependency Counselor.
