Cognitive Adaptation Training: An Introduction

Description

The following eLearning course must be completed prior to attending the in-person or virtual CAT training.

This course provides you with an introduction to CAT treatment and are the first step to becoming CAT trained. The course presents the rationale for the CAT model; information about assessment, treatment planning, and application of specific interventions for various challenges faced by the individual; and supervision of CAT practitioners. It will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete this course. If you have not successfully completed the eLearning course prior to the in-person or virtual training, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date.

Our CE credits have historically been recognized by most professional state licensing boards (Ie, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, Social Work, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Peer Specialist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Employment Specialist, etc). However, this is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to verify your continuing education requirements with your licensing board. CEUs Offered: 2.5 hours.
